Cat's name: Kestrelstorm
Cat's gender: Male
Appearance: A slender grayish tortoiseshell with pale green eyes. (pic comin soon)
Rank: Deputy
Personality and skills: Although he’s considerably more controlled since his apprentice days, Kestrelstorm is a spirited and motivated cat. He finds that it’s easy to get along with just about anybody and meets everyone with the same level of high-energy friendliness. Insults, scorn, and standoffish attitudes are taken with a grain of salt; it’s very difficult to work him into a foul humor, and he discouraged by very little, regardless of the situation. Most importantly, he's never off-put by Harestar's personality, due to the aforementioned trait and the fact that he has known Harestar since they were young, and feels no uncertainty or nervousness when cracking jokes around the leader.
He often gets along well with apprentices with his energetic humor and the dynamic ways in which he goes about doing things. Despite his laidback demeanor, he does take his job quite seriously and pulls his composure together when necessary. He’s reliable and never waits until the last minute to get something done. When another cat’s wellbeing is in question, regardless of which clan they’re in or even whether or not they’re clanborn, he will always seek to preserve and protect; Kestrelstorm treasures life.
Kestrelstorm, while casual and friendly, is also quite clever, a trait unexpected to some; he’s notable for being an excellent tactician and taking advantage of his current environment. Like most FieldClan cats, he’s agile and tends to rely on hit-and-run tactics, evasion, and the wits to outsmart his opponent. He relies on instinct and reflexes and can be difficult to predict. The downside is that he's not particularly skilled in the area of sheer brute force, not to mention his dislike inflicting direct injuries.
He also uses similar skills in hunting - stealth, patience, and pure instinct.

Brief history: Clanborn; as an apprentice, Kestrelstorm was known to be a bit of a troublemaker, mostly due to his hyperactivity and his impulsiveness. Although he never brought any real harm about, he often dragged his friend Harestar, also an apprentice at the time, into his shenanigans.
With the help of a no-nonsense mentor and the development of social, hunting, and battle experience, his rowdiness was mellowed over time, but even in present day it's evident that he still has a young heart.
Known family: Mother died in battle; father lost to illness; siblings TBD
